Code of Conduct
All Clients and Client’s subconsultants required to interact with Seawolf Enterprises agree to conduct themselves according to the Seawolf Code of Conduct, which is defined by three principles:
Integrity
We pledge to be honest in all interactions with Clients, and expect our Clients to reciprocate. Because Seawolf’s business relies heavily on interactions with government and public utility employees, we adhere strictly to Los Angeles Municipal Code (“LAMC”) Sec 48.04. Therefore, Seawolf will not participate in corruption or the appearance of corruption within City decisions at any time for anyone. Seawolf will never make a gift, offer a gift, or act as an intermediary of a gift to a City official or employee. Clients are permitted to offer reported gifts and campaign funding to elected officials only—never City officials or City employees—by adhering to Charter Sec. 470(c)(11) LAMC Sec. 49.5.8(C)(2),(3),(4)(a). Any Client activity which is suspected or confirmed as corruption will result in immediate termination of contract without refund.
Professionalism
Seawolf’s foundations rely on personal relationships that took years to grow. Without those relationships, we cannot be effective. As defined in our Mission Statement, Seawolf values commonsense collaboration based on mutual respect. This includes treating all Department and/or government employees we interact with respect at all times. Communicating in a disrespectful manner will not be tolerated at any time.
Confidentiality
Projects which may contain sensitive information, such as financial or legal details, rates and fees, or Department decisions, will not be shared outside the project’s participants without explicit written permission from Seawolf Enterprises and likewise, the Client.
